Its core structure includes a stainless steel rotating disc, a frequency conversion drive system, an adjustable guide mechanism and a photoelectric detection device. The speed can be adjusted, which is suitable for materials of different sizes and widely used for sorting bottles, plates and sachets.Round bottle vertical-to-horizontal mechanism

The round bottle upright-to-horizontal mechanism is a core component of the cartoning machine, specifically designed for bottle orientation conversion. As a critical station in the machine, it primarily enables the directional flipping and posture alignment of round bottles during transport. Designed for upright round bottles such as oral liquid bottles, injection vials, and other round medicine bottles, this mechanism automatically and smoothly rotates vertically placed bottles 90° during continuous transport, transforming them from an upright to a horizontal position. High-speed leaflet folding machineUsing imported German GUK folding machines, these machines are responsible for separating stacked sheets of paper one by one, feeding them precisely, folding them to specifications (1-4 folds), and stably outputting them to the boxing station to be packed into cartons along with the products.In industries such as pharmaceuticals and food, it is a key component ensuring the high-speed operation of the production line (common speeds can reach 400-500 boxes/minute).Four-station rotary suction mechanism

4-axis Carton Suction Mechanism (also known as 4-station Rotary Carton Suction Mechanism): It is the core carton picking/opening unit of the high-speed cartoning machine. Through 4 groups of silica gel/rubber suction cups and 4-axis linkage, it continuously completes the four-station actions of "carton suction → carton opening → carton conveying → reset". Its core structure includes a 4-axis rotating assembly, a vacuum suction cup assembly, a carton opening and shaping mechanism and a servo drive system. The speed can reach 200-600 cartons/minute. It can adapt to flat cartons of different sizes, stretch them into three-dimensional cartons and accurately convey them to the cartoning station.

Carton Closing MechanismThe tongue-insertion mechanism is the core execution unit at the end of a fully automatic cartoning machine, responsible for sealing the cartons. It is primarily used to systematically fold, push, snap, and tighten the tongues of cartons already filled with products and instruction manuals, achieving a glue-free, self-locking seal.Through a fixed folding plate, a swinging tongue, a servo fork, or pneumatic actuators, the mechanism sequentially completes the bending of the inner wing of the carton, the guiding and pushing in of the outer main tongue, and the shaping and locking of the carton opening, ensuring a tight seal, secure fastening, and a neat shape.
